Within UAE:

1. Dubai:

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 pm (local time) will be delivered on the same day.
• After 12 pm: Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.

2. Abu Dhabi:

• Next-Day Delivery: All orders will be delivered the next day.
• Effort for Same-Day Delivery: If an order is placed before 12 pm (local time), we will make every effort to deliver on the same day, but next-day delivery is guaranteed.

International Shipping (outside UAE):

• All shipping times are subject to product availability.
• Business days are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
